i hope you all understand that wicca is not just spells and power. there is a whole religion to this. you can not just pick up a few items say some words and hope it works. you first have to study the art and its Prayers. Us wiccans have daily rituals that we must follow, even weekely or bi weekly rituals. so forth bringing down the moon, nightly prayers, morning prayers etc. i have seen so many of my pupils just rush into things and i tried to warn them that rushing is not the proper way. in order for a spell to work your body must first be ready, you must know what your doing and you must have the proper items. there is no substituting really. i am just worried for the unexperienced lower ranking witches. i feel happy knowing tht this religion is growing but if the people that are joining dont know how to work the relgion or how the magic works in the world then its not truly growing. just be safe study and ask questions. more then anything ask questions this is a great site to ask questions and find many answer on how to work rituals and what you need. some witches have diffrent paths and use diffrent items for the workings. just be safe Blessed Be Notos
