| I'm relatively new to Wicca, but I've been studying "religion" and "spirituality" most of my life....I see many messages on this site from young people,under the age of 18. Many of you have questions and are searching for your path; and there are people on this site who are willing to teach you. Please be very careful...we can "be" whoever we want to be on the internet...Wicca spirituality as with all spiritual paths and religions...require study. As an individual who does not have the support of your family, please start your journey in the library...read about all spiritual beliefs Shinto, Tao, Wicca, etc...you will find many many similarities. Once you find the information and make your choice...talk to your family first before you agree to be part of a coven or learn from a teacher. You have many years ahead of you to practice openly' and with your "study" or education behind you...hopefully your family will support you or at least not ostracize you. Your spiritual path is a personal choice, but as children....you are bound by the family convenant to respect your parents. Please do so.... | |
