Do what thou will and harm none?

Said different in traditions and books its the wiccan version of the golden rule.but are there exceptions?Yes there are.in page 145 of the solitary guide under law of the power it states if the need rises the power can be used to protect your life of that of others. Yet the reed states harm none.as a high priest in wicca the reed is advice.using the power for harmful use because you want to is abuse of this power and you wont last long in the old ways.but for protection is it acceptable.the three fold law
