| Remember that the first rule of living is to do it first, and to think about how to do it secondly... Just because someone tells you something, doesn't mean that they know what they are talking about or that they can explain it to you... Immortality is not the body living forever, it is your spirit remembered in other peoples minds... Wake up on day and chose to take a vow of silence for that day, really listen to the people you surround yourself with, do they have the compacity to survive an independant conversation, or do you need to re-evaluate your friendships??? Go to a park, or other "natured enviroment and take your shoes off while you are there, do you feel the reconnection to the natural world around you? Write about what you feel, the earth will help to ground you and allow you to reconnect and refocus... |
