| After I was born my mother had me baptized in the Catholic Church. I had my Holy Communion and my Conformaiton all in this church. Looking back on it, I think only went through with it for my mother. I was never really comfortable in the church. Some of the things they believe in I don't. I always got irritated and bored when I was there. After I graduated high school I moved out of my mothers house and in with my, now ex husband. I quit going to church, except for a few times I went to be with my mother. I have always believed in some sort of supernatural world; magics and spirits. I have erad about this for years. I have of Wicca for many years, but never really gave it much thought. Everyone had always told me it was bad and stay away from it. Well a few days ago I spent all day on the computer researching Wicca. I have not found anything "wrong" with it. I mean sure, every religion has it good and it's bad. It is just all in the manner in which you use it. So, as I was reading and taking notes, I had this wierd gut-flutter thing. At first I dismissed it, but a while later I couldn't stop thinking about it. I realized that the only time I have felt that is when something good is going to happen or os happening. This is the beginning of adventure through Wicca. I am hopeing to find exceptance and th spirituality I have been searching for. |
