What does this mean?

I performed a rite today for my friend Anton, to have good luck, and memories as he made his journey back home. I put together 5 incence to create a pentagram and placed six candles in the pentagram one in or as close as possible to being in each point of the star then i placed the sixth candle in the middle. I lit the candles with a sixth incent starting from the top and moving clockwise until i reached the center, the first five candles lit with incredible ease though when i come to the sixth i couldnt get the fire which had by now reached the center of the stick down close enough to light the candle. Within a few seconds the bottom of the incense stick had relit itself and was lighting the candle. I continued the ritual and once i had said my parts i reached down to grab the three stones so i could form a triangle (the power of three) and the friendship bracelet tht he made me "found" the candle and burnt most of the fringe away.
