| The thing i like about alabama is i dont need a permit to build and it is complete freedom when you own land outside city limits. I have learned alot about building a house in the past years. The basics are a stud every two feet and a rafter every two feet. It is very simple to do when you can place a load barring wall, but i wont have this on the garage so i must use a footer some how. Possibly a post maybe placed for load displacement? Anyone have an idea on what to do? I cant wait to finish it |
