I see dead people

I was like 7 or 8 at the time and it was late one night. I was lying in my bed when all of the sudden I heard a noise coming from outside. It was a like a deep manly moan..it sound like "UH BUR BUR BUR". Well out of curiosity I got up and looked out of the window. And I seen a man knelt down in the street. It seemed like the moment I peeked through the blinds he looked up at me. He got up and was walking slowly towards my window. The closer he got the louder the moan became and it scared me. So I darted to my grandmothers room and begged to sleep with her. She said no then sent me back to my room. Where I climbed back in bed, pulled the blankets over my head,tried my best to drown out the sound, closed my eyes tight until I finally fell asleep. I dont care what no one has to say it was not a dream. I was awake, and it was all real.
