| I am really curious to what an athiest witch, wiccan, pagan.....whatever... actually is? I myself am a very sceptical person and almost only beleive it when i feel or see it, but to beleive in such a way of life and not to beleive in some kind of backbone to it.... the lord and lady themselves... really does baffle me. i supose that people like the connection with earth and the respect we show for our beloved planet, but to beleive in karma and the threefold law and still be an athiest confuses me further. Surely people who only beleive and like our way of living and our morals are lovely people but can not truely be wiccan? a witch maybe? I am confused where that boundary lies. i am Wiccan myself and am sceptical of most things and I see the god and goddess as the male and female energy that runs throughout this earth and our lives. I dont like to beleive them as physical beings that watch over us and move around the chess peices of our lives, but as forces of energy working together and against eachother much like ying yang. there is a balance in everyting. mabe people who say they are athiest are like myself. They are sceptical, but are willing to beleive what they know or feel is true. I may just be being naieve and speaking the obvious but i think there is a very fine difference between athiest and scepticism. I understand sceptecism, but not 'the athiest witch?' Does anyone know where im coming from or can someone explain where i am confussed? |
