| Nice to meet you all! I'm Amaranthine! (Not really...) My pen name is Amaranth, and I was going to go with that, but someone already took it, so I went with its adjective form. My real name is Katie. I like to write, read, draw, and make videos (mostly AMV's). My dream is to become a writer. As it is said in my profile, I'm here to learn about Wicca and grasp a better understanding, so that I can become the best Witch I can be. So far, I understand that Wicca is a nature based religion with Pagan ideals based on ancient witchcraft. It was popularized by High Priest Gerald Gardner in the 1950's and 60's. The Craft recognizes two chief deities; a Goddess and a God. I have a question though... What does a wand need to be like? Could they just be a stick that I consecrate? Or do I need to buy one?
