Nature Meditation |

| For me,in the morning is the best time!When I don't have to run off to work that morning,I will go out and relax in a lounge chair,or in any chair,and close my eyes for a few minutes!I take a couple of deep breaths,and just listen!I can hear the birds and maybe a dog in the distance,and any background sound there is out there,and I feel the slight breeze against my cheek!And even listen to the wind!As it blows against the leaves on the tree,and such.In a few moments I open my eyes and look around me!Sometimes I even see things Ive never noticed before,but were there all the time,probably!The whole idea is to relax,and for me,I have a hard time blocking out noises So I decided that a nature meditation was the best thing for me!Using my sense of touch,and sight,and smell,I can actually bring my self to a relaxed state.and also others who have done it,have always come back and told me how much they loved it,and really connected with nature afterwards!And during that time! |
