Why Wicca? |

If i had been born a different time and place, would I still be drawn to the mystical and paranormal and fantasy? Would I be a devout Christian, out finding diciples?
I doubt it. It feels too strong, the mysteriousness of it all captures my heart and soul. It angers me when people are ignorant and blind to what they don't understand and fear it. When it is the most beautiful way of being and expressing yourself.
I have discovered Wicca and left it and came back to it over and over again. I never really get the answers I want, but I feel better at least trying to find one. At least there is comfort in the reading, and meditation, and of course communing with nature.
Sometimes just talking to my pets(and plants) gives me a little peace. Watching a sunset or sunrise, is magical to me. The moonlight is especially magical to me, I just feel it all around me.
Hearing the birds and the wind in the trees is soothing and hypnotic. If all this doesn't mean I'm witch, then I don't know what it means. |
