| When I went for a walk at the park the other day I asked mother nature to give me a sign. What am I supposed to be? What am I supposed to do with my life? Two things happened, first acorns rained down, and second a coyote ran down the apth behind me. Seeing a coyote is rare, to me living in a city and the park is big but still close to people. I just wonder what these "signs" mean. I went home and looked up meanings. The coyote was the easiest to understand, they are tricksters in Native American lore, and teach us not to take ourselves too seriously. That makes since to me since I worry too much and don't laugh as much as I should. Next the acorns, from what I learned, and my own interpretation was, gifts, abundance, growth, rebirth, cycle of life. So the moral here is, Try to let go a little more and I will grow spiritually. That wasn't the answer I was looking for, but in these cases, you never get the answer you are wanting. |
