| As I said in one of my earlier blogs I haven't done much ceremonially yet. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what my first ritual should be. I know that Wicca is about finding your own path, especially as a solitaire but I'm having trouble figuring out how to truly begin. To me, with little experience, I would think that a Dedication would be the first step. Tell the Goddess and God that I have begun my journey with them and accept their blessings. However, the research I have done has told me that the Dedication is more like a Graduation following my time of study. So I guess what I'm trying to figure out is: Do I follow what I'm feeling and do the ceremony I'm drawn to or do I follow custom and start somewhere else? Help!! |
