Public places blocking Wicca sites.

Has anyone heard about the lawsuit against the library? They had blocked sites dealing with wicca saying it was "criminal" and stuff like that. Then I research more about it and find out more people than I thought do that. Personally I thought people were more open on different religions. All I'm worried about are modern day witch trials.
