| I am 42 , and I work with a Young woman ( 22) who is very selfish, spoiled and childish. all attention should be in her direction or she gets very pushy and sometimes just downright mean.. but yet she expects to be treated like an adult.. I know these are learned behaviors.. I like my job very much, and it can be quite fun at times.. But , when I work with her , it can be quite stressing and the air is very thick with tennsion, because we do not know how she is going to act from one moment to the next.. there are times I would like to just tell her to grow up.. any suggestions?
