| i dont get to do alot of stuff bein in a christian house. its mainly reading and very very minore things that i di. but tonight, while everyone was asleep ( i was restless and couldnt sleep) i went outside, sat crossed legged on the ground and started a grounding. then i started rubbin my hands together and then pulling them apart slowly and pushing them back slowly(without retouching hands) you know the little simple energy building technigue.... well i did that and after a little while i notice the ground in front of me give of a faint green glow then when that faded a faint blue glow faded in then out, the colors did this for several min. when i finish the cor just faded away and i felt relaxed and calmed. i was wondering if ne1 had ne ideas about my wonderful experince that might help me explain it. but if not im ok it was very relaxing and fulfilling. im now headed to bed night and blessins to all... | |
