Seeking a ghost's council.

Personally, how would you do it? I, like anyone else, I guess, have a fear of what I only think is half-there - perhaps fear of going mad, it could be called. But for a year, nearly, I've been hearing laughter where I shouldn't, feeling eyes when I shouldn't, and been seeing a girl out of the corner of my eye, but she's always gone when I turn my head, and there's always a chill down my spine when she's left. I know she's there. How do I talk to her? I'd be fine so long as I knew why she is here, I think. It's naieve probably and young to think I can help her, but I'd like to try. Thanks.
