| So I meditated last night for the first time in a while. While doing so I felt a pressure on the top of my head. Like a tiara or a headband was placed on my head. I lean more towards the tiara description, mainly because of the weight felt. I didn't actually have anything on my head. Not even my glasses, the weird star glare from the flame was getting my attention and not the candle flame. I tried grounding and the feeling didn't go away so I just ignored it and seem fine. I'm not really worrying about it, but it was odd. | |
