| I've been doing Chakra meditation lately. Mainly my Root, Sacral, and Third Eye. Unfortunately I have the patience of a pigeon with a lit match up its ass. A friend of mine is telling me that I really need to be patient. That opening your Third Eye can take years. I understand it takes time, patience, and devotion, but at the same time I feel like I need to rush myself because I develop slowly spiritually anyway. I've been Grounding since I was sixteen, and I still haven't mastered it. So I'm trying to practice patience and serenity. And of course, self-confidence. It feels like I'm getting nowhere with my goals, but that kind of attitude will ensure I never will. | |
