| I have this thing about not being able to sleep at night, just before a full moon is rising. Its wierd I'm not usually a night owl and can sleep..but tonight as my head is full of nothingness I find myself up and about just browsing the web.. my body is worn low on battery power, but my mind is keeping it moving.. this is the best time for me to reflect and meditate as i can fully get into contact with both the physical and spirit worlds.. even though right now i would really like to go to sleep..LOL Peanut butter, and honey yum.. that should help. |
