It was so beautiful last night. The snow flakes falling gently, creating a blanket of white on the ground. And when I looked up at the night sky, I saw the full moon, bright and shining. It was shining so much that its light lit up the garden with a pale silver glow. The glow reflected on the leaves of the trees and bushes...on the snow blanketing the grass, making it sparkle. And as I gazed up at the moon surrounded by glittering stars, I felt so connected to the Goddess, I closed my eyes and imagined her arms wrapping around me, the silver light of the moon filling me with love and happiness. It's the greatest feeling I've felt in quite a while. I just had to write this.... I was so amazed and filled with joy at the sight at my friend's house. I don't have a back garden (or yard as Americans call it?) so it was a very special moment for me :) |
