XD
First ill start with a big 'phew' !
Im doing a talk on Wicca for my English cousework. Its a little risky in a catholic school but i thought WTH lets go for it; people should be more awware of Wicca and the fact that we are not Satanists right?
So my ma an da asked me what my talk was on and i told them just like that over dinner. They seemed okay with it and started asking questions about it, Da seemed really interested and ma was sceptical but cool with it. They asked me where Wicca came from blah blah blah, me and my da are keen on History so he found it exciting that it came from before christ.
So things are looking better :)
However my dad did warn me about kids taking the piss at school and calling me a witch an stuff and telling me not to actually say im Wiccan just that im interested in it. Im not sure i want to just deny my faith like that, i would rather go ' Yes i am Wiccan, have a problem with that?' But obviously this is a catholic school and kids can be mean sometimes. I will update you on how it went in a few days.
)0( blessed be x |
