It is now 7:11AM and I have not slept since 10:00AM yesterday. I have this happen a lot but seeing that I am starting a new job yesterday I can't really afford to have this happen and I don't want to take sleeping pills. I fear a dependance. Anyone have a natural organic herbal remedy for insomnia....or something along those lines.
I work out and I make sure I do puzzles during the day in order to tire both body and mind but it doesn't seem to help. My Stress councilor is out of ideas so I'm turning o you guys...HELP!
Blessed Be |

| yea I think I got the ticket for you. chamamile tea or theres another called sleepytime probabley the same stuff doess pretty good I make it supper strong, its kinda relaxing, i dont know if your a bath person and so I dont sound gay Im not but the tea and a bath goe good, The best thing of all though is this stuff called meletonin. its naturally found in the body and as we get older we loose it. thats why alot of older people dont sleep much, go to bed late and wake up early. its kinda like a horemone. and it works, not addictive and over the counter or google it. new jobs are a stresser and sometimes you almost need something like a sleeping pill if your like me, nursing school i had the worst insomnia. hopw it helps but anxiety over new jobs are so hard. hope fully you settle quik, it sucks, i really feel for you hydronymph, good luck, hope it works |

| Not to seem offensive, but you don't need plants, you need touched! *laughing* Sorry, it's true. This new job sounds like it has you stressed! Get a good friend, some candles, soft music, your favorite oil, and get a good massage. Most likely you'll be sleeping peacefully in no time. |

| lavender, turqoise under your pillow...actually that sleepytime tea does wonders too. melatonin is natural and non-addicting, if you're having troubles falling asleep. get into a routine at night if you dont have one already...dont eat after 8...uhm thats all i can think of lol |

You need chamomile tea, honey, sugar, and milk While stirring the milk honey and sugar in the tea you chant"It's night time for thee,so it's bedtime for me with my teddy and with my blankey i snuggle into my pillows and dream dreamy dreams and pray for a peaceful sleep blessed be."Thats what i use if my mom wants sleep
:p i posted that one a while ago,it works really well,And also it helps if you burn lavender oil in your room prior to trying to sleep,it relaxes the mind while the tea relaxes the body :) so im happy to help you :p |
