| does anybody know where i can get some cheap supplies.i live in arkansas and have no luck finding any shops around and evrywhere i look online its 20 bucks just for one bottle of herbs.any suggestions |

| A lot of times you can find herbs growing in your yard. If you know how to recognize them, often some very useful things can be found. For instance, I'd searched up and down for sage in stores near me (granted, there weren't any Wiccan stores, but there were some pretty off-the-wall ones), until I finally Googled a picture of it and discovered that gigantic patch of fuzzy plants growing in my yard was actually the sage I'd been looking for. Now, that might just be a case of stupidity, but there are several useful herbs that i have discovered recently that currently live near me. Just keep your eyes open. As far as shops go, I live in a place that has zero Wiccan people (spare me), so I can't offer advice in that area. |

| yeah i tryt o find alot of the herbs in nature but some of the other stuff is hard to find thanks fr the site and the help guys |

| a lot of herbs used in wicca can be bought in wal-mart either with the dried herbs in the grocery section or in the garden place. I grow a lot of my own and I live near the smokey mountains so I go up there a lot with my book of shadows (i stuck some pictures of herbs in it), my bailine, and this huge pickle jar. ;P |
