| Here was a twenty yr old wiccan arrested for carrying her athame with her and sent to jail on the searching of her car.remember you have the right to refuse a search.make sure all personal items r n the trunk and the car is clean inside.under the free view rule an officer cant legally search your car and say i do not concent to any searches am i being detained?If he says no you can leave unless he stops you.if you exit the car lock it. Be polite and nice. |

| Doesn't carrying a knife count as carrying a concealed weapon, which is illegal? I mean, I know it's a religious item and all, but still, obey the law. |
