| Do you mean prevent illness? Or cure illness? To prevent I always go with lowering my stress level and relaxing more. When you stress, your immune system is compromised. Also herbs and foods that are high in vitamin C have been known to help. Then you can always go with the best route- avoid places congested with people (Possibly sick) such as doctors offices or cities. Or if you touch something like a gas pump using a small dab of hand sanitizer and washing your hands later. To heal sickness really depends on what sickness it is. |

| you dont need to look for spells just warm up two tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon in a cup of water and get the water warm enough that it all mixes together. Stir it till they are all mixed and drink it twice a day. It's a good substitute for tea twice a day is recommended for the rest of your life it prevents so much but you can drink as much as you want and it wont make you sick. It helps stop headaches arthritic pains and sour stomachs along with preventing major illnesses like Alzheimer and stuff. It'll help a lot. |
