They tried to get me to say it wasnt as bad as i reported to the EEOC but it was.
I didnt say alot and followed my attorney's advice. I told them i didnt know what would fix the problem. After the prayer circle and being treated like crap by these people. And forced to work with them.
My boss said we have to work with people we dont like.but is it fair for them to violate my civil rights at work?
Im a nervous wreck but i stood my ground.

I had something happen and the eeoc was instrumental in winning my case. At work 3 years ago, a woman approched me and started yelling at me, telling me I need Jesus. My boss heard it and tried to down play it. I had 7 witnesses, who were also Christians but totally shocked if not dismayed. My company settled out of court, reassigned that horrid woman to another office and offered me the choice to leave with benefits in tact and a nice severence if I felt compelled to leave. The settlement was good enough for me to leave and the company had to give me a letter of apology.
Good luck
