| Posted by Kayannara on 2010-09-16 17:12:45 | Be VERY careful with all herbs and plants that you plan to deal with, in any amount. I know several types of plants that can cause severe damage to someone, even death, if used in the wrong amounts or even if used at all...
Best advice I can think of? Take some courses on Herbal Medicine....most courses will have a section where they'll go over plants and stuff that're too dangerous to use unless you're a licenced Doctor....or something. |
