By the civil rights act of 64 you can have these days off without fear of retaliation but you have to request it any violation is seen as unconstitutional. I would go for having our hoildays put on calanders instead seeing your question has been answered. The same goes for your necklace or pagan jewellery as well they cant make you take it off and if over 17 never sign a arbitrary agreement if it envolves you civil rights because it is illegal...
