| There are lots of books on the subject...some very Airy Fairy...some how-to step-by-step but Richard Bach wrote "One" and "Forever" in which he and his wife actually astro-travel together. One technique I found helpful was looking at my hands in a dream state. You can astro-travel from a meditation state but I found I had been "roaming" quite frequently in dream state, once I got there purposely and recognized the sensation. When you return purposely and hear the "pop" you will understand more. Happy Travels...be sure and leave your body in a safe place! |
