Need Help to Finance Wicca Shop

| Hi! I live in a small town in the middle of the Bible Belt, pop 20,000 if you count the 12,000 students who attend university here. There are NO resources other than online for Wiccans/Pagans or seekers of alternative religious paths. I REALLY want to open a shop where one can purchase crystals, herbs, teas, books, incense, and other ritual supplies. It would also be a place where we can meet and socialize together, form groups, and just enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.
