| I always feel sick and nausus after spells. im always trembling, shaking, almost. i always help people,like giving energy to my friend,..shes always having bad days. anyways, is there anything i can do to stop feeling sick, im starting to miss school days now. it last about a few hours. help plz,... |

| I hope someone can offer better assistance than me, I haven't heard of this issue before. I have heard of people feeling tired after spending their own energy. I am wondering if you are taking on bad energy somehow. You might try to find a local Reiki worker in your area and see if some Reiki would help you. Also, are you using incense? Make sure everything you are using is all natural. The presence of oils that are not plant based can cause these issues. Some less expensive incense sticks and cones have synthetic oils (think animal based) that can cause bad reactions. Don’t use strong oils directly on your skin – dilute them with vegetable based oil if needed. Many blessings, Stephan |

| yes i have heard of this before.i believe the issue is good magic hygene here...sweep away the corners in your home to keep down the energy build up. ground yourself well aftewards with cakes bread ect. in cases of headache i ge them all the time after readings and so on for the police stations when helping out there and only goodies helps that one. |
