are there any books on guided visualization? Posted by cloudeagle on 2011-01-17 21:12:46 Hi, I just took an Introduction to Wicca class and the instructor gave us a "guided visualization" at the end. It was really fun. I had never tried meditation before and this was very cool. I would like to try this on my own. Are there any books on doing a guided visualization for yourself? The woman who led our class said that we could go home and read our own visualization into a tape recorder and play it back.
