I'm not sure how to start to find my "inner sanctum"

| Merry meet my brothers and sisters. Perhaps you may lend and ear and advice? In all my 18 years in have wanted a place of my own to escape. TO just be somewhere quiet for a little bit. Of course, i'm still in high school living with my parents so even with my bedroom door shut, it doesn't quite feel like enough. My physical space(my room or territory as i like to refer to it) can be invaded by simply turning the door handle. i'm not saying there is anything wrong with it. But i would finally like to find my space that is truely my own that only i may enter. like my inner space or however one refers to that place. But you know what im talking about right? So what im asking is, do you have any advise on how to maybe say start to find it? if it requires meditating, which im sure it does, is there anything that might help? i found a song or two i like. if i can find the instramentals, ill probably use them. I think im ready to finally find or start creating this space. I am grateful for any advise you can give. Blessed Be and Marry Part! )O( |
