How do U explain your beliefs, views, way of life to Christians, etc.?

Love I would not go there, I have been there I would not say wiccan around them, tell them about your morals and how you feel but I would not go into details about your goddess and god say that you do believe there is a higher power but if you get to know them and feel you can open up to them and they will not over react, will listen to you, and love you for you than go for it.

You need to be honest with them and yourself. If they want to be understanding of someone that doesn't believe in thier god then great, if not then your arent missing anything, u need to be true to our faith. You might also tell them that there is a Cristian panteon in wicca, i personally dont understand it but its there. good luck and keep the faith.

I wait for them to set themselves up, in one instance I was approached by 2 jehova witnesses. After they keeped repeating heavenly father I asked where is your heavenly mother. They asked each other how are we supposed to have a heavenly family without a heavenly mother. In every case, even with preachers, give enough rope and they'll hang themselves. Study hard so you're ready for them.

Dreamchild is absolutely right... you must be honest with your self, first and foremost. When it comes to Christians specifically, and I think I understand the *kind* that you mean... I wouldn't try unless you really feel you need to. The reality is simple; It is your choice as to what you will believe to be True and how you will choose to express that belief... they really aren't part of the equation.

With that said....

Just speak from what you know and what you believe to be true. You don't need to explain or teach *them* as to what it means to you, but you might find it helpful to at least say plainly what it does, and suggest that if they really want to know more, that they should seek out someone who teaches The Craft. Your only obligation is to your own Path and understanding of what that should be for you; To your Self.

Choose not to argue, respectfully listen when they speak, respectfully speak if they will listen, end it if they insist on acting to the contrary of that. If you feel you must explain yourself... do so with full awareness that at that very moment you are representing what that person(s) will perceive is true for all Wiccans... you will be "our representative" at that instance - so be mindful to only speak what you know to be true, admit uncertainty where you might have it, and be towards them in a way that is honorable to the Divine, the Sacred Spirit of Our Craft, and more importantly to you.

Are you having a hard time with someone specifically... or just asking out of curiosity?

Blessed Be
