whats a good way to raise energy?

| ive noticed that when i cast circles i dont raise much energy? i wanna no how i can raise more energy or power during my circle. |

| Ground and center first, this should start you out clear. The words you speak as you cast the circle should build in intensity so that when the casting comes to a full circle the intensity of the words has built a large amount of emotion within you and anyone else in the circle. |

| Singing,drumming, chanting, masturbating. Sexual magic is a very real thing. Just ponder on this and figure out what is best for you. I'm a visual person and I tend to just sit and feel the energy around me and chant for awhile. |
