New in Grand Rapids, MI Posted by GorramNerd on 2011-06-27 05:30:37 Hi there, I'm Chris. I'm very new to this whole Wiccan experience. I grew up as a Christian, in a Christian family, but more and more over the past few years, didnt feel right. Then a close friend of mine became interested in Wicca, and I became intrigued. A few weeks ago, she noticed something wrong about my aura, and after working with her board, found out that, all my life, I've had a demon on me. She banished it, and, as much as my skeptical instincts want to kick in, I have to admit, I haven't been as depressed as I was before. I know there's more in the world then I was told growing up. I have a thirst to learn, I want to become a Wicca. But I am very new, and know nothing. I need a guide, a teacher, a master, whatever it may be, I'm not sure, like I said, I'm new. Is there anyone in or around Grand Rapids, MI that would be willing or want to teach me, or at least give me some advice on what my first steps would be?
