Something as easy as a quick prayer of thanks, maybe share some a part of your dinner with nature outside. If you want more formal, then you can always cast circle, evoke the goddess, and thank her more directly. Personally, I do a daily meditation to focus myself, followed by a brief prayer to the god and goddess. I tend to hold more formal rituals for the Sabbats, Esbats, and other emergency situations.
