would like some quick help

| Hey, I've been in the craft for almost three years, but its hard for me to practice the craft when my mother's boyfriend is telling her that a 16 year old girl doesn't need candles and such in her room, and asking why I always go outside in the night. They must think that I'm going off to see my boyfriend or something (which I'm actually not) because he actually put screws into my window with a powerdrill so I can't sneak out. When I go outside to sit in the moonlight, I use the front door so screwing my window shut was totally out of line. I go to my botfriends house on the weekend, and every time that I come back somebody has gone through my room. I told my mom that is a total invasion of my privacy, but she says what he wants her to say and practically locks herself up in her room. I even heard him telling her one day that since she has a microwave, and a fridge/freezer in the laundry room (he put one back there because "those ignorant kids eat all my food") that she doesn't have to leave her room since the laundry room connects to her bathroom, which is connected to her bedroom. And she actually listened to him. He has free control of the house. I am able to hide my candles and such, but I always leave my wiccan books out. One day he threatened to throw them away, and when I came back from my boyfriends, half of my books were gone. I found them a couple days later when I saw him open the back to his truck. I took them back, and he got all pissed off and started yelling that I have no respect. Truthfully, I have a lot of respect, he just doesn't deserve it. It didn't go down too well when I told him that. I'm sorry this is really long, but I haven't even gotten to the part about why I wrote this. Just a couple days before christmas he came home drunk when he hasn't druken in years. My older brother lives with me, as does my two younger brothers. The youngest is his child. The only people who were there when he came home was my, my mother, my older brother, my brothers gf, and my brothers friend. Let's just say that my brothers friend got choked out(he's okay), my brother had marks on him, and my mother almosy got hit my her pathetic boyfriend. Well, karma came quick cause the cops were called, and he went to prision. Then my pathetic mom bailed him out of jail. I don't know what to do. My bf parents said that I can move in. But my mom won't let me. I need to get rid of her boyfriend, or I need to move out because I can't stand them anymore. Any tips or anything will be greatly appreciated. |

| The only thing I can suggest would be for you to take it upon your self to get a restraining order and apply for emancipation you can also stay at a local teen shelter and with the restraining order you don't have to go home! |
