My name is Savannah Kirsten. I am new to the Craft. VERY new. I used to be (forced to be) a Christian. But, I always found myself arguing with myself and the christian god and rationalizing about him and his dislike of homosexuals. I always asked myself why god would hate me just for being bisexual????
But, the Goddess found me in her own sweet way. I have always adored Nature and the Moon since childhood. My mother (my biological mother, that is) told me I was wrong for doing so. I was always opting for whatever would be the most peaceful solution to a problem. But, growing up with a bunch of gun-toting rednecks was always difficult. I still never ever backed down and I always stood up for human life and the protection of animals and Mother Earth.
I was always told that Witches worshipped Satan, but when I found out for myself what Wicca was about, it was a breath of fresh air...here is the faith I have been searching for. The old ways have always been the right way. I am still a rookie, though. I won't cast any spells or do any rituals until my one year, one day of learning is done. Until then, the only magick I'll use is the defensive shield of my own psychic energy. ;)
I'd like to possibly meet a teacher. I'd also like to meet other Wiccans, Witches, Pagans/Neo-Pagans, Shamans and Druids to exchange ideas and learn more about the craft. ;)

hello i have been praticing for about 6 years, wicca to me is on the evil side of things. but nothing can be as evil as taking ones soul. i was forced into bye another wiccan. i never knew much about it until it happen. at least the full effect. im a satanist but a beleiver in god himself. i asked good to make me happy and to live forever the other side of god but he gave me what i wanted. in return my angel got what she wanted. money..its just wierd how wicca changes you and gives you a better understanding of yourself and others around you. i know i did bad even though i was forced into it know people wont hang out with me because of it. thats ok in my book at least i know who my friends are in life. sorry to bore you.anything on your end would be nice... id like to know more about your story...starsick20092009-10-28 22:46:05
