Hello,
I use to live in Cedar Rapids but we moved away recently. There are a couple really nice groups there and one even has young adults in it. I also know someone from Russia there named Anastasia and she is really nice. There's a coffee social there every Tuesday at Brewed Awakenings, Anastasia usually goes.
