I've been practicing for around 7 years, and am wanting to find someone to study under/with or classes in the Dunlap/Signal Mountain area. I just recently moved to TN from Lawton, Oklahoma.
I changed locations for my fiance, and we've been living together in this small town for around 5 months now. I'm more varied when it comes to my studies, but she focuses strictly on natural healing and learning energy work. As well as finding a way for me to seriously study while I'm here, we are both wanting to find groups to go to together. I was a part of an open circle in Oklahoma, and I'm hoping to find and actual circle or coven /close/ to where we live. We don't have the money for frequent long distance drives. I've always had a strong interest in the astral plane, dream magic, and metaphysics. I also enjoy studying magical aspects of world religions, theology, etc.
I have an anxiety disorder that makes socializing a bit awkward for me, but I enjoy getting involved with group practices or activities once I'm familiar with the other people involved. It is very hard to earn my trust, and very easy to break it. I don't put up with people who use or manipulate others, I don't associate myself with anyone who wants to see me as a follower or a part of their flock, and it's twice as hard for a male to earn my trust as it is for a female. That being said, I'm generally not that hard to get along with.
