I cannot remember a time that I was ever bored. If I'm not building pinewood derby cars or up to my eyeballs in a spreadsheet, you might find me writing a song on my guitar, sitting by a lake at sunset, eating chicken-fried steak at a greasy-spoon diner, scouring events-calendars for a Bach symphony, sketching the roof-line of the Himeji castle from a photo, balancing rocks, loosing badly at Scrabble, catching a concert at the Sprint Center, laying out a Tarot spread, fiddling with clay, canoeing, meditating, writing anything (poetry, songs, stories.), cooking salmon on a cedar plank over a campfire, hanging out with friends, relaxing at home, reading about the care of bonsai trees, going to any kind of museum or standing in line for a show at the community theater.
