candle diet

get you a brown candle.. write on the top next to the wick.. what your weight is now.. then go down to the bottom and put what weight you want to be at the end.. then put the candle in a candle holder.. place it beside your bed.. just befor you are ready for bed lite the candle.. look at for about 15 to 20 minutes.. visualize yourself gettin smaller your fat melting like the candle.. after 15 minutes blow the candle out.. and go to sleep.. some may found their loosen instantly and some may not for awhile it all depends on how much you have to loose.. but good luck blessed be..
