Binding someone evil

Take an object or get a picture of the person doing harm. Get black or white string, which ever you feel that repersents binding. Light a candle (optional) to focus on the flame to go into a sort of trance. Then while your wraping the string around the object or picure say, "I bind you -name of person- from doing harm unto others or yourself." Repeat this three times or more, but always in a cycle of three. Invision the person your binding actually being binded by the string, but not harmed! Feel the string wrapping around them as a sort of shield of energy so that the person can do no harm to themselves or others. After this, bury it where no one is likely to find it, or burn it (if burnable and always be safe, use a container so you don't burn anything down)
