This more of an AFTER ritual recommendation or it can incorporated into a ceremony if prepared in advance. It is definitely blessed and definitely worth sharing. It is used to increase vitality, especially if a person has weak blood. It is sweet and dark red in color. Have each participant bring one of the ingredients. You will need a rather special juicer, an auger juicer. They can be had (on the low end) for about $160 and (on the high end) as much as $500. I have an Omega 8003 myself and they can now be purchased for around $230. One beet with tops, three medium sized carrots, one half of a medium sized yam, one sweet apple and a handful of parsley. These ingredients will serve about two to three people but if it is served in small 2-3 oz glasses, maybe even four. Adjust ingredients for the number of participants. If there are only two of you, go ahead and make the full recipe. It is a sweet drink and you will not mind drinking your share. It is important to find the absolute freshest ingredients and it is best to do this recipe when the vegetables are in season. If you meet regularly this recipe will provide a gradual increase in the vitality of all participants, especially if they are already taking good care of themselves via food choices and exercise.
