Spell for Release

Inspired by a spell by Mishi By the waterside, be it ocean, pond, river or stream find a rock small enough to fit in your hand. Think of what it is you wish to release, bad feelings, a cold, the memory of a past relationship, a bad habit. Whatever it is you wish to be rid of, to let go. Pour all of your emotion concerning that into the rock, filling it with everything you can about what you wish to release. Charge the rock for as long as you feel you need to then cast it into the water visualizing the water washing the cares and worries away. This can be done silently or with words such as (Make up your own, it's best to personalize every spell you cast!) "Cares, like a rock sink to the bottom of the water, water wash my cares away. I am free to live my life carefree!" Though there's nothing that says you can't put -ALL- your cares,worries etc into one stone, I find it best to to use one for each thing I wish to be free of.
