ok to do this spell you will need an amulet or just a plain neclace with a stone,but it needs to be enchanted or blessed by the four elements, a quartz crystal a tigers eye and a rose quartz, place the quartz crystal at the top of your pentagram or pentacle and the tigers ey at the bottom left point of pentacle and rose quartz at bottom rite point of pentacle and swing the amulet or neclace around pentacle and stones chanting the following "_________ be healed blessed be" n the blank you say the persons name and if it is the earth you could say the one of the many names for the spirit of the earth or just say earth but keep the amulet in a circular motion around pentacle and stones the whole time.
