red ribbon or string depending on what u are binding u need these; if a person use a picture if a cursed object use the object; wrap the red ribbon or string around whats being bound. each time the ribbon or string wraps one full time say; i bind the from doing harm, harm to me or anyone else. when ribbon or string is halfway wrapped around say;i beg the goddess and the guardians of the north, east, south, and west, please bind the evil and allow them to no long do harm to me or anyone else.while saying this wrap the rest of the ribbon or string. when finished bury the object or burn the picture.
